I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with its comfortable and spacious rooms offering magnificent views of the river and convention center. The level of quietness despite a full capacity was impressive, though some accessibility issues were noted with low closet bars and safes. The service was excellent, friendly, and helpful. The location was fantastic, near the lake and university, with unique features like a waterfall behind the desks. The dining experience was incredible, offering a variety of delicious options. Overall, a great value for money experience.
Our stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms, despite the age of the hotel, were well-appointed and surprisingly quiet, providing great soundproofing. Breakfast included was a nice touch, perfect for me, my wife, and our son. However, there were some issues with the dining options that could be improved.
